Our Partners
Indigenous East walks alongside a growing network of Indigenous-led organizations, nations, and movements who share a commitment to land, culture, and community care. Partners like Honor Water, 7 Directions of Service, and others embody the values of sovereignty, healing, and self-determination. Together, we exchange knowledge, share resources, and build the cultural infrastructure needed to sustain our peoples for generations to come.
7 Directions of Service
7 Directions of Service (7DS) was founded by frontline activists Crystal Cavalier-Keck and Jason Campos Crazy Bear Keck on Crystal's ancestral Occaneechi-Saponi lands, the rural Piedmont region of North Carolina.
7DS began as a culture class and youth program, and has grown into a regional grassroots mobilization platform, focused on environmental justice, cultural revitalization and Indigenous rights.
Honor Water
HONOR WATER improves holistic health access for our more-than-human relatives with a primary focus on building clean water access and infrastructure.
HONOR WATER is an Indigenous-led nonprofit focused on holistic health of people and place within and around Indian Country.
HONOR WATER conservation initiatives are identified and implemented by Native scientists and community members who center Indigenous ways of knowing supplemented by western education.
Eastern Woodland Lacrosse/Saponi Stickball
Saponi Stickball is the only league of its kind in the Region. Our goal is to build a full scale league modeled after the best leagues in the area by starting with our youngest players and getting kids involved in structured athletics before they are pulled into less positive activities.

Our Donors
The work of Indigenous East is made possible through relationships of trust, respect, and shared vision. Our donors are not just funders—they are relatives, co-conspirators, and fellow travelers on the path toward land rematriation, cultural resurgence, and justice. Whether supporting a single project or sustaining our broader network, each contribution helps return resources to Indigenous hands and futures to Indigenous lands.
